CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

BodyJam
Move, groove, and feel your body change as you add fun and challenge to your workout. This Dance based workout will increase your style while increasing your energy and vitality.

Body blast
Spend time giving your body what it is looking for an interval based exercise class utilizing many apparatus. Liven up your workout with Bodyblast

CardioZen
Cardio, Strength and Yoga. What could be better? Build energy, increase your strength, and balance your workout.

Classic Strength/ Muscle Conditioning
Burn calories, sculpt and increase muscle tone, all while training your body to functionally network your muscle groups. See results in your everyday life by exercising several muscle groups together as you squat, lunge and lift while challenging balance and control. Improve your posture, reaction, core strength and endurance while shaping your lean muscle. Classic Strength is appropriate for the beginner.

Fight Club
Slip into gloves, prepare to kick a heavy bag and then get ready to get the best workout. Instead of punching and hitting each other, where you could get hurt, you work on the pads, the focus mitts, and the heavy bags -- so it's safe.

Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a Packs a Punch workout that will really kick up your everyday workout regime. This workout will use various combinations of cardio boxing moves for focused upper body training. And movements with front kicks, and roundhouse kicks to engage the core and lower body move. Finish the class with a 20 yoga inspired stretch and tone.

Spin
Start pedaling and let go as your instructor takes you on the aerobic ride of your life! This class is an incomparable aerobic workout that uses a stationary bike in a group exercise setting; perfect for the fitness enthusiast, recreationalcyclists or serious racer. Suitable for beginners

Yoga Flow
This Yoga class is great for advanced as well as the beginning yoga student. Ashtanga yoga is the primary style incorporated into this Power Yoga class. You will stretch, strengthen and realign your entire body

Hatha Yoga A deep relaxation class that will help you increase flexibility and strength with emphasis on stress reduction, balance and harmony.

Pilates
Movements emphasize building strong abdominals and lower back to enhance strength, muscular symmetry, alignment, flexibility, grace and coordination.

Core conditioning
Balanced and integrated abdominal upper body and lower body moves. Take it easy or take it up a notch this class will fit your core needs a stronger leaner body.

Abs and Assets
Tighten tone and whittle away those hard to work areas of the body. Give a lift and a tuck to the body with this balanced and targeted work out for the buns and abs.

Indo-Row
Indo-Row is a leg, core and arm-toning workout that synchronizes everyone as a team, is easy to learn and delivers big results.

Speedball
Speedball Fitness Strength movements are a fusion of different core-associated exercises from several modalities, including Yoga, Kung Fu, functional strength and conditioning, and dancer prep, that are meant to be fun and feel like challenging exercise.

Boardrock
The Boardrock is a fundamental tool used by both rehabilitation specialists and fitness professionals from around the world to help their clients and patients develop functional balance. No matter what your sport of choice is, or what your level of fitness, you will find an endless array of new challenges on your Boardrock, so that you too can "FUNctionalize your exercise!"

Sports Conditioning
Sports conditioning looks to improve and reach a higher level of athletic performance-enhances all aspects of athleticism and human movement including speed, power, strength, and agility. Sport specific training and conditioning programs for athletes of all ages and abilities.-Maximizes athletic potential while reducing the risk of injury by focusing on proper movement mechanics and core strength in addition to speed and agility development fostering self-esteem and improving confidence.
